Our founder, Giuseppe Romano, immigrated to Ireland from Naples with his grandmother's secret pizza recipes and an unwavering commitment to quality. He believed that great pizza wasn't just about the ingredients, but about the passion and tradition that goes into every single pie.

Today, Apache Pizza continues to honor that legacy with over 50 locations across Ireland, serving fresh, made-to-order pizzas using the finest ingredients sourced locally whenever possible.
